Sokkotreffit-näyttely oli Kouvolan taiteilijaseuran järjestämä taiteilijayhteistyöprojekti, jossa kahden ennestään toisilleen tuntemattoman taiteilijan (Varpu Eronen ja Sirpa Hannele Heinonen) teokset ja työprosessit kohtasivat. Syntyi prosessitila: yhdistelmä monien vuosien aikana kertyneistä työskentelyyn liittyvistä esineistä ja materiaaleista. Kahden taiteilijan havainnot, kokemukset, mielenkiinnon kohteet, elämykset. tunteet ja muistot muodostivat näyttelyssä yhden kokonaisuuden. Näyttely oli esillä KOUTA-galleriassa Kouvolassa vuodenvaihteessa 2022-2023.

Blind Date was a collaboration between two artists (myself and Sirpa Hannele Heinonen) who didn't know each other before the project. At the KOUTA gallery the works and processes of the two artists came together. A process space was formed: a combination of collections of things, objects and materials that had accumulated in the artists' studios over many years. The observations, experiences, interests, feelings and memories of the two artists were all parts of a whole in the exhibition that was open to the public at KOUTA gallery in Kouvola, Finland at December 2022.
